It starts from 3months-12months per year. It can be for example October, July, and August.

For UK residents we can offer a plan of 90 days per year (minimum 3 years)

i.e. Price: For 3 years for 90 days per year: 18,500euros(one-time fee)

(Extra: electricity fees), included: Running Expenses (keep resort and room well maintained, water utilities, taxes, etc)

The advantage is that any increases in the value of the apartment will not affect you. As vacation costs increase every year this is a great solution. Furthermore, with our self catering studio you can enjoy great percentage on vacation costs such as restaurant bill, etc.
